Morning Package Venue Hire does not include any accommodation.
Evening Package Venue Hire includes accommodation for 10 people:
Findlay Family Room: 1 x double bed & 2 x single beds - 4 Sleeper
Gazelle: 1 x double bed - 2 Sleeper
Duiker: 1 x double bed / 2 x single beds - 2 Sleeper
Dassie: 1 x double bed / 2 x single beds - 2 Sleeper

Celebration Packages need to be booked at least 1 month (30 days) prior to the date of the event

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit will be charged to confirm and block out the date of the event
A balance of the deposit will be required 14 days prior to the event (100% payment)

Cancellation Policy:
Should a cancellation occur within 30 -15 days prior to your wedding date, a 50% cancellation will be applied.
Should a cancellation occur within 14 or fewer days prior to your wedding date, 100% cancellation will be applied.

Venue Closing Time:
Morning Package:
The venue will close at 13h00
Exceeding these closing times will result in an additional dee of R1000 per hour, thereafter.
Evening Package:
The Bar must close at 23h30 and the venue will close at 23h45.
Exceeding these closing times will result in an additional dee of R1000 per hour, thereafter.

Suppliers & Hiring:
All hired equipment for the event needs to be collected the day after. In the event that this falls on a Sunday, collection may take place on Monday. Please arrange this accordingly.

Breakages:
We require an R5 000 breakage deposit 30 days prior to the event date with the final payment.
All breakages or damages of any kind will be for the client's account.

Site Inspections & Venue Viewings:
The venue can be viewed by appointment only
